What is the best forum software for me ?

I am using phpBB2 with 2300 users
I was okay for a while with that forum... I want to change and update... not sure I do like the phpBB3 tough, so I did a little search. Even tough I am using Wordpress on my article side of site, I am not sure that bbPress is the best choice for me

What forum would be a good choice for
- 2300 user
- french or english
- send PM
- RSS
- Forums and sub-forums
- need to be able to "embed" a youtube video when members are posting
- Profiles
- Avatars and signatures

yes, i know that people here are all using VB, but i am sure many have tried several ones so you guys could help me choose the best one that will fit my needs above :-)
as for VB, I have tried an older version back then and didnt choosed it at the time, but i notice changes were made.

Don't upload it but In fact, save it to you desktop, then you can move it to your gallery. Either way works.

To the OP, there is an addon for v3 that will bridge wordpress to vBulletin, I don't see one for v4.
There is also a free addon, vbadvanced.com although it's not a CMS, but it may serve your purpose.
You can make a bbCode to embed youtube.
