[Blog] notice_1_html and Googlebot not indexing blog entries correctly

Hello, I have a problem with Google indexing and notice_1_html message. In the description of all entries appears first the date & notice_1_html text, so not all entries are indexed.

How can I add the blog entry text to each post's meta description? I have tried to add {vb:raw blog.message} but it does not work.
