[CMS] how to auto-subscribe users to recieve email for reply?

I have seen forums which AUTO SUBSCRIBES user to every thread they reply, which would entitle them to receive email about every new reply on that thread.


Can someone explain the place of that option please?

In the AdminCP you can set this under Settings -> Options -> User Registration Options -> Default Registration Options
However, changing this will only apply to new registrations.

Existing member's can always change their "Default Thread Subscription Mode" under Settings -> General Settings -> Messaging & Notification
