[Forum] upgraded on live site 4.0.2, post control bar issue

Hi,
I upgraded my live site from 4.0.1 to 4.0.2 with patch last night. I have no mods but vbseo. I guess something is missing on post controls bar, there is no personal edition for that area.
Any idea what has happened here, and how I can correct it?

Can I get a link to where this is happening? Also, try turning off vbseo and see if this issue is still happening.
