What the problem with vB4 Default Style & CSS ??? After upgraded 4.0.0 to 4.0.2

Hi there,

I'm not sure !!! Is this bug in 4.0.2 or in Style Variable or issue from Apache models !?

I reverted all templates and even switched css to files. No tabs, no background color.

And No any errors in >>> finalupgrade.php?step=5 & 6 & 7 ..etc

Step 5) Install/Upgrade Blog
Installing product file...
Rebuild Style Information
Updating style information for each style...
• vB4 Default Style ... (Templates) (Stylevars) (Replacement Variables) (CSS) (Controls) Done.

Product upgrade completed

Step 6) Install/Upgrade CMS

Rebuild Style Information

• vB4 Default Style ... (Templates) (Stylevars) (Replacement Variables) (CSS) (Controls) Done.

Step 7) Merge template changes

I did these steps , but no changed

• Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
• Parent Style: No Parent Style
• Title: Default vBulletin
• Allow User Selection: Yes
• Save

Your website link in admin cp > vboptions > contact

And

Try going to your admin cp > vboptions > styles > save stylesheets as files > no and see if that fixes the issue.
vboptions > style settings

URL of your forum.
Note: do not add a trailing slash. ('/')

And

"clientscript / vbulletin_css" . so I 777 vbulletin_css

And

revert all templates

vBulletin Message :Nothing to Do

because I did some investigation

If I try to install a new Forum I get not only similar issues but also a new errors

e.g

vBulletin 4.0.2 Install New Script & vBulletin 4.0.1 Install New Script

What vbuploadLD9EiK does mean ? However I gave /tmp 777 but no change
