No styles appearing In IE But Ok In FF

Did you check your page source to make sure the links to your css files is valid html? firefox may be 'correcting' the link for you whereas IE8 is just ignoring it.

OK, so you know it's a mod. So just turn them on one-by-one until you get the error again.
Also, please use code tags instead of quote tags. It makes it very difficult to read in quote tags.

There are plugins and there are Products. Products have plugins, but you can have plugins that are not assigned to other products.
AdminCP > Products & Plugins > PLUGIN manager > Make sure they're disabled here.Comment
