[Forum] Cant add google analytics to my forum

When I add the code of google analytics:

I get this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /xxxxx/xxxxxxxx/public_html/Forum/includes/adminfunctions_template.php(4597) : eval()'d code on line 394

Please help how do I add google analytics to my forum =s?

the <vb:literal> worked for me and got rid of the error.

I added the Google Analytics code to the Footer (stylevar, edit templates, footer) below the last </div> ....when I looked at the assembled source, this placed it directly above the </body> tag where google wants it.
You can go look at my source code on any page and you'll see where it goes.
