    [Forum] problem deleting a thread or post

    every time a moderator, smod or an admin tries to delete a thread or post we are been redirected to a link which is non so we always get 404 error..

    for example i want to delete post # 8 then instead of going to a page of which we will be ask soft delete or permanent deletion we are being redirect to a link it is dead

    ex:

    i want to delete post #8

    http://www.xxxxx.com/xxxxx/vbb/inlin...21659&p=115758 <== this is a deadlink

      You say it's a dead link... why? Does the page exist where it is looking? Or is it looking in the wrong place?

      Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

      If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

        when put check on example your post http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...=1#post1894533 and click moderation tools .. any option there copy, move delete etc when we choose and click proceed , nothing happens and it just goes to a blank page..

          It goes to a blank page? If so, here is a page from the manual about troubleshooting blank or 'white' pages: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/blank_pages
