Is this a totally default style? And with no plugins? Have you tried viewing it using firebug and seeing what errors come up in the Console? Can we get a link and a test username/password to try this out?

Can you try reuploading all your files and then see if you still have the same issue.

What is in your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host)?

If you do a fresh install and don't change anything on the forum and then try to post, does it work then?

make sure that folder /core/clientscript/vbulletin_css is writable Chmod 777. Or store css stylesheets in database AdminCP->Settings->options->Style & Language Settings->Store CSS Stylesheets as Files?->No

then try again if problem still exist check your error log again for new errors and paste it here

It looks like mod_security may be blocking it (if you posted the logs from the same time you tried to post the link). Please disable that and see if you still have the same problem.
