[Forum] Usergroup not Allowed to send PM till X posts !

I want to limit a promovation till 10 post limit is not reached for my initial usergroup. I want to make that because i want to prevent some forum acceses. also I want to prevent users to send private messages till they reach 10 posts. I already created 2 usergroups but I do not find the settings that must be done to restrict first usergroup to send PM. Second usergroup is a promovation after reaching 10 posts, and is the moment user can send PM.
I really cant find out this ! Please help(move /attach if already exists !) .

You can use the promotion system:

Registered Group: No PM access, after 10 posts are promoted to New Group who has PM access.

New Group: Has PM access

It would most likely be how you set it up.

Did you actually test the options with a test user?

I used a "test" user with 9 posts. test is in the "Registered usergroup". "Registered usergroup" are allowed to see thread in a Comercial area. I also set a restriction of 10 minimum posts for viewing Comercial area and my "test" user having 9 posts can see that area although it can be seen after having minimum 10 posts.

I have to mention that the number of post are fictive for "test" user. The 9 number is manually set by me in admin are. That user has no real post in forum. that could affect testing conditions ?

The posts cant be fictional, that is the reason its not working. make 9 actual posts with the user.

If you're using a third party addon, please get support from the vendor.

If you're using promotions, make sure you've setup your promotions and usergroups correctly.
