[Forum] How do I buy mobile app upgrades and other upgrades for VB4

The new design is very confusing. How can I renew my mobile app subscription for VB4?

You can renew your licenses in the customer area.

It keeps taking me to VBulletin 5 Connect page. No option for VB4.
Might be a good idea to test design changes before releasing it to public!

When updating to vB5 you automatically have access to the latest vB4 Suite releases.

I dont want to upgrade to VB5.
and when I click Upgrade/Renew on the VB5 it doesnt give me an option to stay on VB4 and just renew my mobile app/buy facebook app, etc...

Please take screen shots and post it here because what you're explaining does not work.

vBulletin 4.2 is included with vBulletin 5 Connect license. Current vBulletin 3 and 4 customers

can purchase the Mobile Suite, Facebook App and other add-ons here.

Click the shiny green "Get Addons" button.

It does not work, you just get in a loop. there is no way to purchase addons for VB3/4

At what point? I was just able to select to add Mobile Suite, Support, and FB App to a vB4 license, all the way to the cart.

No, it doesn't. It takes me to a page with a dropdown menu where I can choose any one of my vB3 or vB4 licenses to add things onto.

It has a picture of a vBulletin 'V' with the number 5.0 under it, but it's not for vB5 Connect Addons, as none of those exist.

Oh, sorry, as per what I quoted, don't click the 'Get Add-ons' button in the vB5 part of the page.

You want vB3/4 Addons? Click the one in the vB3/4 Addons part of the page.

Try a crtl-f for any part of what I quoted if you can't find it.
