I'm running vBulletin 4.2 latest release using all the features including the CMS.
I'm considering adding an additional blog run from the site so that users have to register with the main site to post on it.
Option one might be:
Main site at topleveldomainA.com with CMS, forum plus blog
Secondary site at topleveldomainB.com with just the blog, populated by people registered with the main installation at topleveldomainA.com
Option two if option one is not possible might be:
Main site at topleveldomainA.com with CMS, forum plus blog installed in the root of the site
Secondary site at topleveldomainA.newblogsitename.com i.e. using a subdirectory with the new blog site name.
Is this possible by just copying the blog directory and adding it as a plug in? Do I need to buy an additional site license to do it?
Or is my best option to buy an additional site license and bridge the two sites on the same server? If so, how do you bridge two installations of vBulletin?
