[Answered] Editor not showing up with fresh installation

So after following all tips on this thread that I created earlier, a user named Andy messaged me and I gave him login details to login to my forum on his computer and see if the problem persisted. But, the problem persists. When creating a new thread, the editor that shows up when creating a new thread doesn't show up when logged in through Chrome and Firefox. It does however work with IE. This is getting pretty frustrating. I decided to post a new thread to bring attention to this and hopefully somebody can help me out. I really need to get this fixed so I can continue on and meet the deadline I was trying to meet.

If anybody's wondering, it was a server issue, and they added this to my htaccess file:

Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "http://www.frostedfools.com"
Header set Access-Control-Allow-Headers "X-Requested-With"
