Is mobile suite going to be fixed?

It has been 5 months now, it is unusable and it crashes when people browse threads.W

When will it be fixed? Having paid $200 for it and it not even working is unacceptable, especially when my subscription to it is going to expire soon and I will be stuck with this broken product.

They are working on it. But don't know how long it will take. vB 4.2.1 is on hold because of it.

You're using 1.3? I haven't had problems with threads crashing the app on 1.3. It does have other issues though. Fixing and updating is an ongoing process. Version 1.3 was released 3 months ago in May.

I'm using the latest version. If there is a quote on a post it crashes leaving it unusable.

I can't downgrade the app, so I am left with something that people have been unable to use for months now.

Yup. Exact issue... and since everyone uses it every thread crashes the app.

Force closes a lot, doesn't show images well, no notifications, I can go on.

If you have a 'force close', can you create a new Bug report here for the appropriate project (either iOS or Android) and upload a copy of the crash report:

All of us who run businesses focus on the positive stuff about what we offer in our marketing messages and there's nothing wrong with us doing it. It makes a big difference though if you can get some objective feedback from somebody who has actually used a product...

So bottom line is this thing doesn't work that well yet with vB4 and it won't work at all with vB5 Connect when it first comes out. Presumably efforts are afoot to get it working better with son-of-vB5 Connect....

The "quote" bug is known and very annoying. It is not fixed since several months and our users simply cannot use the app since that time.
I also find it a bad treatment of customers if such an important error is not fixed ASAP.

The current 1.3 iOS app is simply broken if you have only one user in your forum who uses colored text in all of her posts (like we have). I don't now why you deny the urgency of a fix for that.
