[Forum] How i can fix the power reputation to all?

Hello bros ,

i dont understand , som members , when they up reputation to someone , he get 7+ reputations
i want to fix all click to 1 only reputation per click to all members !

i dont found where

In your Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> User Reputation Settings

Adjust the settings for:

Register Date Factor
Post Count Factor
Reputation Point Factor

The higher these numbers the less rep a user can give in general.

AT the very bottom there is a final option: Reputation Power Cap - You can set this to 1 if you truly want 1 rep point to be the limit.

You'll need to upgrade, that option wasn't present in 4.1.5PL1.

That option was added in 4.2.0

There is really no reason not to upgrade in vB4. most things keep working. You should at the very least run 4.1.12.

No, that's in 4.2.0.

As mentioned above the feature that you are interested in is in 4.2.0 and not 4.1.12.

What mods do you have installed? The custom styles with some changes should work on 4.2.0 as well. After the upgrade you should see a notice in your admin panel informing you on the outdated templates.

Anyway, have a look here about the upgrade process:

The most important thing is to make a backup of your db before the upgrade, and forum files too. So no matter what happens you can always roll back. Hope it helps.

The reputation cap is available as part of a modification for 4.1
