coms.php is malware. It will be about 82K in size. I almost guarantee it. In your plugin manager you probably have a plugin called FAQ or MISC assigned to the vBulletin Project. This also needs to be deleted. Anyway, I've seen the malware file on other servers with that specific name.
albumall.php and picall.php are from an addon that exposes user photo albums. As long as the files match what is downloaded from vBulletin.org they are good.
./install.php and ./receiver.php are suspect as well.
Everything else listed in subdirectories except vbshout.php in the admincp and modcp directories are out of date files that should also be deleted. blog_search.php can be deleted.
