We are pleased to announce the release of vBulletin 4.1.12 BETA 1.

Beta releases are not recommended for Production/Live sites. QA has tested most of the fixed issues in this release, and completed substantial functional regression testing. However, additional instabilities may exist. While vBulletin 4.1.12 BETA 1 is very close to what we will release as 4.1.12, it should not be used to upgrade your live sites.


Please note:

• We do not provide support for Beta versions
• We do not recommend Beta software to be installed on production sites.
• We always recommend that you back up your database fully before attempting to install Beta software.

vBulletin.com has been upgraded to vBulletin 4.1.12 BETA 2. 4.1.12 BETA 2 is now available for download. As always, BETA releases should not be used to upgrade your live sites.

Fixed since 4.1.12 BETA 1:

• VBIV-13269 Convert online.php to use foreach()
• VBIV-1834: Can't vote in poll widget.
• VBIV-14622 Wrong avatar images and links in recent activity widget
• REVERT VBIV-12330 Switch Editor Mode button should be put back to the upper right corner
• VBIV-10802 Tag cloud query in advanced search page is inefficient
• VBIV-14610 Startup error while upgrading to a patch level version - includes/md5_sums_vbulletin.php version mismatch
