My settings on the Vbulletin publisher side -

Subdomain is set up and is pointing to the correct folder - http://www.midwiferyonline.co.uk/domain.png
All files are in the FBapp folder - /public_html/FBapp - as you can see here - http://www.midwiferyonline.co.uk/fbapp.png
And SSL is set up on the domain shop.midwiferyonline.co.uk as verified by godaddy here - http://www.midwiferyonline.co.uk/ssl.png
So I have no idea what is going on but I keep getting this error page - http://www.midwiferyonline.co.uk/fb.png

I have checked the server settings and it does not appear to be an issue with the server. Please go to vbulletins forum and ask for assistance from someone there as they will know more about this. Here is the full error from the logs to help you:
Invalid URI in request POST /FBapp/ HTTP/1.1, referer: https://apps.facebook.com/midwiferyonline/
