What ever you have in your config.php for:

$config['Database']['tableprefix']

The vBulletin you're using as the target is 4.1.X correct?

Sounds like you're using the wrong target system - make sure you don't select the vBulletin 4.x target after restarting the import from scratch.

The table you're getting the error on is not a 3.X table. This means you've told Impex to import into vBulletin 4, which you're not using. You need to restart the import process completely using the Database Cleanup screen (link at the top of the ImpEx screen) and tell it to import into vBulletin 3.6+.

I am trying to get a 3.X import environment setup to further help you. I simply don't have multiple databases to perform imports with on this version at this time.

The error you're getting means that there is additional whitespace in your impexconfig.php file before the <?php or after the ?> lines. You would have to remove that whitespace. Even a space would trigger output to a browser.
