    [Forum] Usergroup registration issues

This issue seems to occur sporadically and I have not bee able to reproduce it myself.

A user registers on the forums and is given the primary usergroup 'Users awaiting email confirmation' and is also in 'Registered Users' under 'Additional Usergroups'.

And users effected receive this message 'This user's primary usergroup is also listed as a secondary group for this user.
Please change the primary group or remove the secondary group.'

    Do you use email confirmation?

I wold check if you have any mods that affect usergroups and disable them. Disable all mods if it still happens: https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/show...ystem-globally

Yes, I do use email confirmation.

I only have a chatbox and the 'members who visited today' plugin, those shouldn't be affecting the usergroups in any way.

I should mention that I also have these plugins installed on another forum and that forum has not experienced this issue.

Are you also using facebook? ARe you trying to add facebook users to the same usergroup they're already going to be a part of?

Facebook Usergroup was set to Registered Users, might this be the issue?
