Length of Avatar messes up signature text's position in other table?

Hi I am noticing, people who've chosen Avatars that are in length more than what they have typed in the message, then the user's signature and the "Report this post to a moderator" | "IP logged" gets moved to the top of the table.

It is hard to explain but basically a long avatar seems to be mis-aligning the table next to its own table (which then contains the message, signature and report to mod/ip logged tag).

Is there a HTMl tag for signature and reporttomod/ip logged tags to align these towards the bottom of the table?

No html can fix that (unless you want to put in your td tags vertical align=middle). See below for reason.

Move the links into the cell that holds the email/quote buttons.

Hmm you meanmove the IP logged link right next to the 'quote' edit buttons .. ok.
