    [Forum] IE Login Issue

My members are complaining that they cannot login to my site while using IE 9*

Also verified this is an issue while using IE.

Disabled all products and re-tested but still does not work.

Disabled ClouldFlare (which isn't playing nicely with VB!).

When you try to login with IE, what happens? We need to know what the issue is actually before we can help.

When a visitor attempts to log in, and does successfully the page is refreshed but the login bar still shows as if the user is not logged in.

I have my cookie domain set to /

This issue starting in our recent 4.1.7 release.

This issue is only reproduced in IE.

I get the error: Invalid Redirect URL (http://zeropaid.com/bbs/)

Please add that URL to Settings -> Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details -> Redirect Domain Whitelist

Correcting the URL for the www. variant, and I get an improper login like you stated in Firefox as well. This usually means the Cookie Path or Cookie Domain are incorrect. Please upload tools.php from your do_not_upload folder and reset both of these to their defaults.

        Cookie Domain should be blank

        Cookie Path should be /

          Added to white list.

Uploaded, reset and still doesn't work.

You want me to leave the file there?

Did you reset the cookies options like I stated?
