I can't describe my frustrations at the piss poor support the mobile apps have received. At a MINIMUM, release a patch, either with the mobile app or vb suite that addresses the null pm's....good God people.

I agree. They shouldn't charge us for yearly updates if they never release them.

I'm bumming about this also... My license is up in March. I feel like I was swindled out of 100 bucks. not to mention the apple developer setup...

The delays are frustrating, and they have limited my company recommending vBulletin Forum to a number of companies. The simple fact is that they don't seem to be taking this issue seriously. I can't tell a client when they can expect the bug fixes in the app to be done, which makes me very bad in their eyes.

Can we have a status on fix delivery ?

The delay and lack of communication is really frustrating

I just received this today. Executive management has woken up and decided they need to assess how little they can do during these last few months to convince us suckers who paid for the mobile suite to be taken for a ride for another year. It's insulting to ask for this when all they have to do is read this thread. And before some marketing people get on my case, I haven't even said much of anything in this forum about it - I let the rest of you say it perfectly.

Its almost cheaper to buy the tapatalk app for all your users, when you consider the cost of the product, and the apple developer fees plus in my case the purchase of an imac etc etc. Not happy is a big understatement
