I'm thinking of buying a vBulletin license, does it ever expire if I do buy one and can you also use vBulletin 3.x.x on the vBulletin 4.0 Forum Classic
You can use any version of vBulletin you can download out of the members area.
Assuming you do not break the license agreement, you could use vBulletin forever. The license does not end unless you break it.
