[Blog] private blog entries to public?

Can someone remind me how to:

A) Set member blogs who accidentally have privacy on switched over to public display? Some have it on private and I can't find the setting in my own blog to see how to change it from private > public nor vice-versa.

B) Set the above via ACP?

That link will allow users to customiize who sees thier content, there are no switches for this in the admincp, and would all have to be custom queried. I'm not aware of the queries atm. Sorry.

Actually, on checking again in vB4 there are switched for this in the admincp.
