[Forum] Cannot insert signature pictures with new CKEditor.

Since upgrading to 4.1.4 no-one can insert their signatures anymore. When you click on the 'Insert Signature Picture' link, nothing happens. Now I have to go and add the [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC] codes manually. Please advise.

    Thanks.

EDIT: Just tried it here, and it does not work either.

Hmmm, worked fine for me here and on my test forum. Are you using the 'insert image' button or something else?

Hi Trevor, I don't think you understand correctly. When you go to edit your signature. Upload a new image for your sig, and click on the button: 'Insert Signature Picture' Before it will automatically insert this into the text input field: [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Now when clicking that, nothing happens.

      See attached screenshot.

Yes, I see that now. Can you raise that as a Bug and post the number back here please - I'll mark it up as confirmed when you do.

I find it extremely frustrating that after asking twice now in the tracking ticket to post the fix for this, I just get ignored. According to #VBIV-12498 this has been resolved, yet the fix is not being made available. Please help. Thanks.

We cannot resolve bugs in the forums. This has to be handled via the bug reporting system.

Steve would it be possible to "prod" a relevant developer and ask them to post the fix in the bug tracker?
Although I'm not using 4.1.4 myself, I think this is a big enough issue for those that do, and it'd be a nice gesture if the developers could post the fix for those who are happy to implement it themselves.
