[Forum] Meta description and Tag title duplicated growing

Hi all;
meta description and tag title duplicates are growing every day for my forum (intotheapple.com).

The problem seems to be related to the single posts which get indicized.

How can I solve that?


Here an example o some of the duplicates:

Since the link to single posts is just a link to a post on a showthread page, then it has to have the same meta tag.

Any way to have them not indicized?
