[vB4] Apply shadow to the background

in my forum (intotheapple.com) I would like to have the shadow of the withe area upin the background. Is there an easy way to do that?

Just a shadow around the withe area, something similar as shown on this picture:

You can do it with css or custom html, neither of which we can help with.
