Exceeds your quota (attachments)

I have installed v 3.7.2.

A lot of users are getting the following message if they want to upload attatchments.

Exceeds your quota by 3,92 MB. Click here to view your attachments

I have set the limit for attachments (for there usergroup) to 0. That means unlimited. Still they get the same message...

Plz help. I have looked everywhere but can't solve it...

There is also a global quota under vBulletin Options -> Attachment Options. Check that.
