Oh...I would've never guessed. I thought it was Mike Sullivan as he was the first member here.

      Thanks.

Jelsoft. Click on the vBulletin link too as it has information about the history of the company.

Released in 2000? Goodness, look at the software now only 6 years later! It's done well in only 6 years.

I thought the company or software had been going for a lot longer than that.

I don't think I'm the first. I have been around since the original private beta days though.

Never cared to think about that.
I salute James for his work. Great product!

Is James & John partners? And If so, Who's the Chairman of Jelsoft?

Oops. Sorry. It's just that you posted all the news, I thought it was you. Again, sorry.

Good question. I'm curious on that too. I guess James, since the software's named after him, or it could be the both of them.

Grammatical correction: Are James & John partners?

So, if James is who created vBulletin; I think he deserves to be member #1.

John Percival is member number 1. Maybe John is the owner of this board and James created the software.

John is member number #1 because he's the one who installed the forum software! I know for sure that he had been heavily involved in the actual development of vBulletin before he retired & Kier took his place. However, I don't know whether James was involved too or not, but now he's responsible mainly of carrying the company's business development processes.

LOL this debate looks like metaphysical.
You're spending millions of dollars on a website?!

I created vBulletin. What you have read above is all lies.
