    Hello,
sometime when I get a reputaion vote in my CP I seen a grey box

Is it a good or a bad vote?
    What does it mean?

This means that the person leaving the reputation did not have enough reputation points to have this count against your value.

Have you reviewed the descriptions for each of the options in
Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> User Reputation Options?

The vBulletin Manual also gives a little more detail for each of those options.
Here is the exact page in the manual you want to see:
        http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/vboptions_reputation.
