Need to add Nav Buttons, Where ?

I'd like to add the HTML code for our sites animated Nav buttons down the left side of the page so that they are lined up with top of the VB table on the VB Index page and on the VB Forum display page. I don't have a clue which piece
of HTML template to insert button code into to accomplish that. Any help ??

Thanks again Megahertz it worked great with one noted exception
The Index and forum display pages are fine, but I'm using the Legacy
postbit and it is not auto sizing to allow for the buttons like the other two pages do. Where do I go to fix that.

I just went to your site and it was autosizing for me just fine. So I am hoping you got it fixed.

One comment you might want to remove the YOUR CONTENT HERE & End Your Content.
