Scheduled Task Manager Default values NEEDED

It seems for some bizarre reason, all my scheduled tasks have been replaced with *. Can some please post the default values so I can reset my task manager so my site will update. Seems this happened around midnight... have NO idea how, I wasn't even on the site. Or is this how it's suppose to look, because not since minutes after midnight today, NON of these tasks are running?

It seems that my threadsview table is "in use" and that task won't run, so all my thread views have NOT been updated. Weird part is, there are no logs whatsoever for this task, but I never had this problem before.
