Finding out who placed a Tag

Is there a way to find out what member placed a tag? We've had a few 'questionable' tags placed and I'd like to find out who's placed them.

I don't see a front end for it, but the userid is recorded along with the tagid in the tagthread table. You can query that table to find out who placed a tag.

Actually, we figured out that if you go into "edit tags" and roll your mouse over the tag, it will show who added it.

But when I try it here, I can't see who did it, so I'm assuming that this is only available to Super Moderators and Administrators.
