MySQL Error with LOCK TABLE after reverting templates

Is this new for 3.6? I installed it a few days ago and has been running fine, well today, I noticed I had 5 templates that needed to be reverted (It was because I had Google Adsense in there) so I did, and now the Index page is blank. I don't have LOCK TABLE access, never did before and everything worked fine, I've been running VBULLETIN for several months with out issues.

So my question is, if this is new for 3.6 where LOCK TABLES access is a must? this error happened after I tried giving someone an infraction. Is there a way to disable the infractions system for now? until I get around this? HELP!!

THe weird thing is that i'm navigating in AdminCP without any problems. It's just the INDEX page that won't load.

Also http://www.d-tools.us/calendar.php that works fine, it's just the Index.php that won't load...

My host will not give me full LOCK permissions, so does that mean i'm screwed . It was worked fine this way for like 6 months now. Why did you guys have to change it..

I'll ask the Devs, but I really don't understand your host's position on this. What does he care if you lock a table in one of your own databases? Who is this host? Perhaps we need to warn people about them.

www.ipowerweb.com I don't get it either, because he could limit my access to just my DB's. I've asked them repeatedly in the past with no luck.This looks to be related to MAILQUEU....

I've seen a lot of problems with that host from other customers.

You can get around this, its an option in vBulletin Options to avoid using the Lock queue.

There is no good reason to disable locking since its on a per database basis.
