Branding does NOT permit to rebrand the software. You pay for permission to remove the copyright, you're not paying to own the copyright.

        Dear sir,

I had purchased the brand free option and few questions about it:

        1. Is there any easy way to activate 'brand free'? or it's trivial jobs to remove line by line? Modify installation script seems to be brand free but not all.
        2. Can I use something like 'Enhanced by XXX' to replace the copyright declaration?

I'm appreciated if you can help me ASAP.
        Thanks.

          1. You'll have to remove the branding yourself, there's no switch and it's not automatic.
          2. As long as that doesn't give the impression that it's a different software that shouldn't be a problem.
          Best Regards
          Colin Frei

            He linked to vBulletin.com & vBulletin.org.

But vBulletin.org doesn't own the copyright.

Sorry. I didn't see the date of posting.

                  I supposed it's recent one.
