New Posts Pop UP?

A mod on my board sent me this:

"Catching up with some new posts this A.M., and a small pop-up window appeared on the screen. It was a narrow column consisting of (I'm assuming) the people who had made posts recently (since midnight GMT?), and the number of posts they'd made. There were only about ten names on the list."

and I have no idea what he is talking about. I've never seen anything like it. Any help? I've asked that if he or any of my other mods see this to please screen cap it so that I can at least see what they are talking about.

under replies it tells you how many people replied. Click on it and you get that list.

Learn something new every day. I wonder if that is what he was seeing, perhaps he accidently clicked a number and didn't realize it.
