all of the blog posts got deleted... not that good

I deleted vblog and installed it again and now it works ..
strange ..

How do I reinstall a database backup ? I have made throu the vbulletin cp

I have just installed vbulletin 3.8.1 and 2.0.1 of vblog
Thats when I got this problem trying to post to vblog ..
