I have heard that in vBulletin (Not sure which version??)

that users PM's can be viewed by the admins,

Is this correct? Or is it only on a modded version ?

This is not a standard feature, there is a (un-ethical) hack that allows you to do this.

I seriously reccomend against doing this, they are supposed to be private messages.

As WDWInsider said this is not a standard feature in any version of vB. However anyone with access to the database will have access to this info if they want.
