Two Questions..

I want to buy a vBulletin license, but im not so clear on whether i should wait for 2.3 to come out or if upgrading from 2.3.3 to 2.3 is a simple task that most people could do
and invision board has released version 1.3, i was wondering if its possible to move all posts from that to a vbulletin forum? and will it cost extra

Hi, yes upgrading from 2.3.3 to 3.0.0 (just wanted to correct you there ) is a very simple task. It's mostly just a couple clicks. But, you really should back up your DB before upgrading, in case something happens (eg. Your server crashes in the middle of making a DB change making your database half-upgraded, causing a lot of headaches for you)
