No access to forum

I have a second owned license but i have no access to vbulletin forum with this license. I entered the same email with which I registered my first license but it's not working. With a new email address, it's not working.

Enter in the email address that you used to register on these forums to the list located at http://vbulletin.com/members/forums.php - It's case sensitive.

It's working now for vbulletin.com.

I suppose that I have to use the same email address for vbulletin.org.

i'm having the same problem. I just bought vbulletin, but can't get into vbulletin.org even though i have put my email addresses in that list >(.
