some questions before buy

i know that the wrong forum but please dont delte my thread i don't know where i can get the answers too!!!!!!!
i want to buy a vbulltin board

but i have some questions before i do:
when i buy the Owned License - $160
must i buy First Time - $135?

or are they 160 $ enough when i host it on my server?

is vbulletin board 3 in the license included(when come you) or have a buy a new license for vbullein board 3?

i know my english is not the best, sorry!

The $160 is for the owned license which allows you to run vB forever and includes full access to the Members Area for one year. The Members Area is were you download new versions, including vB3 when it is released. There will be no extra charge for vB3. After one year you can renew access to the Members Area. The current cost to do so is $30/yr.

The $135 is for the *installation* of the vB software only. This is entirely optional. Most people are able to install it themselves.
