I am just starting out and learning all this stuff. How hard is it to install and customize this bulletin board software. Can I build a site using frontpage and use your software?

It's not very hard at all. You just need to know your MySQL database login information, and your FTP account information. If you know all of that, you should have no trouble installing vBulletin onto your website.

You can use vBulletin with Frontpage; all you'd really have to do is create a link to your forums.

What do you mean by MySQL database login? Excuse me for being so un educated with this. I appreciate your help.

The MySQL login is the username, password and database name assigned by your or your host to your vB database.
