    Turn around time - email support

    We are considering a purchase of VB but would like to know if you offer an service level agreement in the sense of a support email turn around time?

    There is currently no SLA regarding email support. Most email support get's fed through the support tickets system and is answered, on average in 2 to 4.5 hrs time. However, at least within 24 - 48 hrs is some instances.

    Other avenues of support is via this very support forum, support issues may initially be handled on this forum and if it is of a more private nature or needs more attention, one of the vB team/moderators (such as myself ) may direct you to use the support system which is accessed using your vB customer license number/password at http://vbulletin.com/members/support.php

      Jelsoft offers a prioritized support-ticket system that is extremely well-tuned. At worst you can expect to have to wait for a few hours, but usually they are able to address issues within minutes.
