Paid install and IB3 convert

Hi I'm currently debating purchasing a VB for my website. I currently use an IB3 board. Non mySQL. I really know nothing about installing and converting posts and such. So I was just curious that if I purchase the VB and purchase an Installation of the board, does the install price include the conversion of my posts from my IB3 to my new VB?

I really know nothing about MySQL or PHP or anything like that. I don't really want to take the time to learn it since I have other things I need to be doing. I just want to run a nice stable board about filmmaking with little fuss. I'd rather pay to have it done right. That is what attracts me to VB. The support. So the easiest way this can be done, the better.

Also, should I wait for VB3 and if so how does the question above apply?
