I am running PHP version 4.0. Do I need to upgrade in order to install vBulletin?

To my knowledge, no. vBulletin 3 however will need PHP 4.0.4 as a bare minimum. There are also .php3 files for vBulletin, but they will be phased out in vBulletin 3.--filburt1, vBulletin.org/vBulletinTemplates.com moderator
