Importing the phpnuke user db

I've tried to search here for any info on importing my existing phpnuker base into vbulletins, and then combinding the two. I've found info on how to use the same login, and the program to import the phpnuke user db might be over at vbulletin.org, but since I haven't bought vbulletin yet (no use buying it if I can't import my db) I can't get access to the scripts. So, has anyone been able to do this? Either by using scripts from vbulletin.org or any other way?

The only importers at vB.org are:
WebBBS to vBulletin 2.2.x Conversion Script
UltraBoard 2.2.x importer released!

Got a bunch of users signed up trough phpnuke, and starting to use one user database now would really screw up the existing members.
