Paid memberships at sign up?

Just wondering if vbulletin has a feature where when they sign up they have to buy a membership before they post? Any help would be great.

vBulletin 5 allows you to create Paid Memberships and optionally make these available at registration. You can control when and where they can post with these subscriptions and permissions available in the system.
