I'm creating a form for students in my school district. I know we can block certain words, but is there a way to notify a moderator if a user is using certain language (I'm thinking threats, suicide, etc.) ; language that needs to be brought to the attention of a moderator as soon as possible.

You'd be better served by having the users report any such comments. It's faster and easier than trying to formulate a list of red flags. -
