vBulletin Cloud contact form

Can you sell me a Contact Form or Code to install, please? I have checked the Admin and Site Builder but cannot find. Is this perhaps because such a form may compromise security?

We don't sell any add-on products for vBulletin. There is a basic contact form built in.
